DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Žaliavų bei gamybos medžiagų pirkimų strategijos formavimas ir įgyvendinimas.
  • Aktyvi naujų tiekėjų paieška ir atranka Lietuvos ir užsienio rinkose, ilgalaikių ir tvarių santykių su esamais tiekėjais vystymas.
  • Nuolatinė rinkos, kainų pokyčių, tiekimo galimybių analizė.
  • Alternatyvių tiekimo šaltinių ir patikimų tiekėjų bazės kūrimas.
  • Dalyvavimas derybose su tiekėjais ir partneriais, siekiant įmonei palankiausių komercinių sąlygų.
  • Sutarčių su tiekėjais bei partneriais derinimas ir rengimas.
  • Glaudus bendradarbiavimas su gamybos, logistikos, finansų ir kitomis komandomis.
  • Žaliavų ir gamybos medžiagų atsargų likučių stebėsena, optimalaus žaliavos kiekio bei efektyvaus jos valdymo užtikrinimas.
  • Atsargų kontrolė ir dalyvavimas inventorizacijose, siekiant užtikrinti duomenų tikslumą bei optimalų atsargų valdymą.
  • Pirkimų rezultatų stebėsena, pirkimų ir tiekėjų valdymo procesų tobulinimas.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Turi ne mažesnę kaip 3 metų patirtį prekių kategorijų, žaliavų ar strateginių pirkimų srityje.
  • Esi dirbęs (-usi) su tiekėjų paieška, vertinimu, atranka ir ilgalaikiu santykių vystymu.
  • Turi patirties dalyvaujant komercinėse derybose ir gebi pasiekti abiem pusėms naudingus susitarimus.
  • Supranti kainodarą, kainų struktūrą, pagrindinius kainą lemiančius veiksnius ir rinkos tendencijas.
  • Esi proaktyvus (-i), savarankiškas (-a), analitiškas (-a) ir orientuotas (-a) į rezultatą.
  • Esi pasirengęs (-usi) aktyviai vykti į susitikimus bei lankyti tiekėjus Lietuvoje ir užsienyje.
  • Gerai moki lietuvių ir anglų kalbas; papildomos kalbos būtų privalumas.
  • Turi vairuotojo pažymėjimą.
  • Patirtis medienos, baldų, plokščių ar kitoje susijusioje pramonėje būtų didelis privalumas.
