DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Organizuoti apskaitos ir mokesčių skyriaus veiklą, formuoti komandos tikslus ir užtikrinti jų įgyvendinimą.
  • Suburti komandą ir efektyviai jai vadovauti, įtraukiant darbuotojus bei ugdant kiekvieno komandos nario potencialą ir indėlį į bendrą rezultatą.
  • Kurti ir tobulinti apskaitos bei mokesčių procesus ir vidines kontroles, nustatyti bei stebėti veiklos rodiklius, teikti pasiūlymus dėl procesų optimizavimo.
  • Užtikrinti tinkamą finansinės ir mokestinės apskaitos organizavimą bei kontrolę.
  • Būti atsakingam (-ai) už įmonės biudžeto formavimą ir valdymą, darbo užmokesčio apskaitą, skolų ir atsiskaitymų apskaitos kontrolę.
  • Užtikrinti savalaikį mokestinių prievolių vykdymą ir teisingą mokesčių apskaitą.
  • Dalyvauti naujos verslo valdymo sistemos „Microsoft Dynamics 365“ diegimo procese, užtikrinant optimalių apskaitos procesų ir sistemų įgyvendinimą.
  • Bendradarbiauti su kitų padalinių darbuotojais, siekiant užtikrinti sklandų finansinių ir apskaitos procesų veikimą visoje organizacijoje.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Ne mažesnės nei 3 metų vadovaujančio darbo patirties didelėje gamybinėje įmonėje ar įmonių grupėje.
  • Aukštojo išsilavinimo apskaitos, audito, finansų ar ekonomikos srityje.
  • Gerų Lietuvos Respublikos mokesčių ir apskaitą reglamentuojančių teisės aktų žinių.
  • Patirties verslo valdymo sistemų diegimo procesuose.
  • Patirties dirbant su „Microsoft Dynamics 365“ apskaitos moduliu.
  • Patirties kuriant ir optimizuojant apskaitos procesus bei vidines kontrolės sistemas.
  • Stiprių bendravimo ir vadovavimo įgūdžių bei gebėjimo bendradarbiauti su skirtingomis komandomis.
  • Analitinio mąstymo, atidumo detalėms, kruopštumo ir atsakomybės.
  • Gebėjimo efektyviai organizuoti darbą bei dirbti tiek komandoje, tiek savarankiškai.
  • Gebėjimo kurti procesus nuo pagrindų ir juos praktiškai įgyvendinti augančioje organizacijoje.
