Deine Aufgaben als Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst / Backoffice /Service Agent (m/w/d):

  • Ganzheitlich denken: Das Backoffice ist unser Herzstück, denn hier laufen alle Fäden zusammen. Du und Dein Team, Ihr kümmert Euch gemeinsam um das Order Management und agiert im After Sales Management als Service Agent in der Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Beteiligten (Kunden, Lieferanten, Speditionen, Account Manager etc.).
  • Teamwork managen: Du agierst in der Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Technik und Logistik
  • Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen: Du übernimmst Aufgaben in der Kundenbetreuung und -beratung und unterstützt bei der allgemeinen vertrieblichen Korrespondenz
  • Auslieferungen organisieren: Du koordinierst und beauftragst Versanddienstleister und stellst damit sicher, dass unsere Kunden ihre Lieferungen verlässlich und pünktlich erhalten
  • Zukunft mitgestalten: Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Die richtige Einstellung: Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, hast Spaß an Teamwork und überzeugst mit Deiner starken Kunden-, Service und Verkaufsorientierung
  • Beste Voraussetzungen: Du besitzt eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Die nötigen Skills: Den Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen hast Du ebenso sicher drauf, wie gute Englisch-Skills in Wort und Schrift
  • Persönlichkeit und Souveränität: Auf Dich und Dein Organisationsgeschick ist immer Verlass. Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
