Deine Aufgaben als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d):

  • Operativer Einkauf von IT-Infrastrukturprodukten (z. B. Server, Storage, Netzwerktechnik – refurbished und neu)
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Angeboten nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Einkaufskonditionen
  • Entwicklung, Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen im In- und Ausland
  • Auftragsabwicklung: Bestellungen anlegen & Liefertermine überwachen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Einkaufsprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Vertrieb und dem technischen Team
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und Preisentwicklungen im Bereich IT-Refurbishment

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder in der IT-Branche von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – motivierte Berufseinsteiger willkommen!
  • Interesse an IT-Hardware und nachhaltigen Technologien
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Einkauf
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise erste ERP-Erfahrung
