Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

Salary $600-$900

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels to support product launches and brand awareness.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral, messaging, and activities align with the brand's identity and high-quality standards.
  • Assist in planning and managing the monthly/annual marketing budget.
  • Research and analyze the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer.
  • Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans.
  • Other Assignments from management

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior specialist role, ideally within the F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing brand marketing campaigns
  • Resourceful and adaptable to rapid market changes or shifting corporate priorities.
