Position Title:

Retail Tour Sales Executive

Position Purpose:

The Retail Tour Sales Executive converts customer inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on driving retail tour sales, maximizing seat occupancy, ensuring rapid lead follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries across all official channels including Facebook, Telegram, Instagram etc.
  • Acknowledge and track assigned leads immediately in the Google Drive Report.
  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion and fill seat capacities for all scheduled tours.
  • Match client preferences with suitable packages and actively promote priority travel products.
  • Process bookings by securing deposits, collecting required travel documents, and coordinating with Accounting for receipt issuance.
  • Facilitate accurate client data handovers to the Ticketing and Visa teams.
  • Update booking logs onto Google Drive and submits daily performance metrics (pax, deposits, pipeline).
  • Maintain an updated customer master list to leverage for future promotions and remarketing.
  • Conduct tactful post-travel follow-up calls to collect survey feedback without causing customer annoyance.
  • Monitor booking trends and immediately escalate any sales or operational challenges to the front-line manager for timely corrective action before it is too late.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales or Travel/Hospitality experience highly preferred.
  • High-speed responsiveness with a results-oriented mindset to meet strict deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette, capable of handling customer follow-ups with extreme tact.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) for accurate data tracking.
  • High level of integrity, professional accountability, and strict policy compliance.
