Your Role

Als Marketing & Communicatie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een heldere, consistente positionering van MeeMaken, zowel binnen de groep als extern. Je schakelt tussen strategie en executie: je ontwikkelt plannen, begeleidt projecten, schrijft en redigeert content en borgt een herkenbare stijl. Je werkt nauw samen met collegas binnen de MeeMaken-groep, begeleidt een Marketing & Communicatie Medewerker en zorgt voor synergie en kennisdeling tussen de bedrijven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marketing- en communicatiestrategie voor MeeMaken.
  • Bewaken van merkidentiteit en tone of voice over alle kanalen.
  • Creëren, redigeren en plannen van content voor website, social media, nieuwsbrieven en interne communicatie.
  • Coördineren van events en bijbehorende communicatie, inclusief pers- en stakeholdermanagement waar nodig.
  • Verbeteren van online zichtbaarheid en performance, inclusief monitoring en rapportage.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van gezamenlijke projecten binnen de MeeMaken-groep om synergie te realiseren.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van een Marketing & Communicatie Medewerker.

What Were Looking For

Must-have

  • Hbo/wo-werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare ervaring in een brede marketing- en communicatierol.
  • Sterke schrijfstijl en redactievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met contentplanning, social media, e-mailnieuwsbrieven en websitebeheer.
  • Projectvaardigheden: plannen, prioriteren, stakeholdermanagement en eigenaarschap.
  • Proactieve, hands-on instelling met oog voor kwaliteit en detail.

Nice-to-have

  • Ervaring met B2B-positionering in investeringen, energie of edtech.
  • Basiskennis van data-analyse en dashboards voor kanaalprestaties.
  • Ervaring met eventorganisatie en perscommunicatie.
