Seit unserer Gründung 2020 sind wir auf ein Team von über 80 Mitarbeitenden gewachsen und haben mehr als 800 Organisationen beraten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden schaffen unsere Beraterinnen und Berater Transparenz durch skalierbare Finanzprozesse, saubere Daten und intelligente Tools. Wir stellen unseren Kunden Teams von Junior Buchhalter*in bis CFOs projektbasiert oder im Interim-Management bereit.

In der Rolle als Senior Accountant (Interne Bezeichnung: Consultant) übernimmst oder steuerst Du Projekte bei unseren Kunden und Kundinnen. Alleine oder in kleinen Teams arbeitest Du an Accounting bezogenen Fragestellungen und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch sicherzustellen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Projektmanagement: Eigenständige Durchführung und Steuerung von Accounting- und Back-Office-Projekten
  • Accounting & Abschlüsse: Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie Arbeit an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Interim-Funktion: Übernahme von Projektaufgaben bspw. als Interim Teamlead Accounting
  • Steuerliche & regulatorische Themen: Bearbeitung von USt-Voranmeldungen, OSS-Meldungen und Zuarbeit bei Betriebsprüfungen
  • Optimierung & Digitalisierung: Identifikation und Implementierung effizienter Finance-Prozesse, Automatisierungen und passender Tools
  • Stakeholder-Management: Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, CFOs, Finanzbehörden und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Projektabhängige Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden: überwiegend remote, bei Bedarf auch vor Ort

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanz- / Bilanzbuchhaltung - vorzugsweise im Mittelstand, einem Start-up oder einer Beratung
  • Ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-System (z.B. DATEV Rechnungswesen, SAP oder Business Central) und Erfahrung mit modernen Finance-Tools (z. B. Spendesk, Pleo, Circula...)
  • Zusatzqualifikationen bspw. über eine Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter*in sind ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Gute Excel / Google Sheets Kenntnisse sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge für Optimierungspotenziale
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der Implementierung von Tools
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und Englisch (ca. B2)
  • Du hast Lust auf abwechslungsreiche Projektarbeit und willst Kunden remote oder projektabhängig und in begrenztem Umfang auch vor Ort unterstützen
