Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando a un habilidoso y motivado JR Production Planning Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo de TASA Prod. Control .

Responsabilidades Clave:

Sobre el rol

Participar en la planificación y gestión de los procesos productivos, analizando información e indicadores para asegurar la calidad, productividad y eficiencia de las operaciones, contribuyendo activamente a la mejora continua y a la reducción de desperdicios.

Tu día a día puede incluir:

  • Participar en actividades de planificación de producción y productividad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
  • Analizar datos y monitorear indicadores (KPIs) para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
  • Detectar inconsistencias, desvíos y no conformidades, realizando análisis de causa raíz y proponiendo contramedidas.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener automatizaciones que permitan mejorar la eficiencia y confiabilidad de los procesos.
  • Elaborar reportes e informes de gestión, generando información que contribuya a la toma de decisiones.
  • Coordinar con diferentes áreas para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales y recursos de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción.
  • Realizar seguimiento y ajustes de los planes de producción frente a cambios en la demanda o restricciones operativas.
  • Monitorear y optimizar la disponibilidad de componentes y materiales, contribuyendo a una operación eficiente de la cadena de suministro.

Lo que buscamos

  • Ingeniero/a Industrial, Mecánico/a, Electromecánico/a o afín (Graduado/a).
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a la resolución de problemas y mejora continua.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos en procesos productivos, análisis de datos y gestión de indicadores.
