Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando a un habilidoso y motivado SR Logistics Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo de TASA LCL & BR Parts Logistics .

Responsabilidades Clave:

Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar un rol de SR Logistics Engineer con excelente capacidad de comunicación y fuerte orientación al trabajo en planta, capaz de desenvolverse con soltura en un entorno dinámico. Debe ser alguien con actitud proactiva y con capacidad analítica para aprender rápidamente procesos logísticos, metodologías internas, sistemas logísticos y desarrollando procesos con criterio técnico.

En conjunto, sumará orden, previsibilidad y una mejora clara en la relación con proveedores y áreas internas, fortaleciendo la eficiencia general del flujo de materiales.

🚀 Sobre el rol:

  • Mejorar la calidad y estabilidad del abastecimiento, actuando como un puente sólido entre Producción, MH y los proveedores de la región.
  • Elevar el desempeño del equipo al tomar ownership de problemas, investigarlos con método y cerrar el circuito con acciones correctivas.
  • Aportar valor generando mejoras sostenibles en proveedores mediante visitas, seguimiento y estandarización de procesos de despacho.
  • Capacidad para coordinar actividades críticas como Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro

🎓 Lo que buscamos

  • Persona recibida de carreras de ingeniería (obligatorio)
  • Experiencia previa en industria automotriz y/o procesos logísticos
  • Fluidez en inglés (obligatorio)
  • Excelente comunicación y capacidad para relacionarse con Producción y MH, aprendiendo a gestionar incidentes en piso y entendiendo dinámicas operativas.
  • Habilidad para construir y mantener buenas relaciones con proveedores locales y Mercosur, aun si no posee experiencia regional previa. Realizará visitas, detectará oportunidades de mejora y hará seguimiento de la implementación de acciones.
  • Perfil analítico y curiosidad técnica para aprender a investigar causas raíz de paradas de línea y faltantes de piezas.
  • Interés y capacidad para incorporar rápidamente procesos logísticos de planta, desarrollando autonomía para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Liderazgo y coordinación operativa, gestionando prioridades en piso, articulando acciones entre áreas y guiando al resto del equipo en la resolución de problemas.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar guardias especiales los fines de semana, en función de calendario productivo y necesidades del área.

📍 Se trata de una posición efectiva para nuestras oficinas de Zárate, de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:10 hs, con esquema de trabajo híbrido.
