GenAl时代,数据作为Al三要素(算法、算力、数据)之一,成为企业投资的重点。新一代数据平台也因AI驱动高速发展。 我们正在寻找多位对数据与Al结合领域充满热情、以平台思维为导向、以服务千百家企业为目标的高级产品专家。 您将负责规划、定义和驱动面向企业级核心数据+Al平台的产品演进,该平台是企业所有数据和AI驱动业务和决策的基石。目标是打造一个稳定、高效、易用且可扩展的数据AI平台,赋能海量企业的数据团队和业务部门,最大化数据的 价值。

核心职责 1. 负责数据平台相关产品规划与需求设计，建设包含任务开发、运维管理、质量监控、数据资产管理等在内的产品矩阵。 2. 深度挖掘Data Engineering Agent的核心场景，并推动落地。 3. 深入理解数据开发、数仓、BI、业务分析等场景，抽象用户需求，输出 PRD、原型、流程图和产品方案。 4. 负责产品的日常运维工作，包括产品推广、定期培训、日常答疑、问题收集、帮助文档等，持续改善产品功能及用户体验，不断提升生产工具在客户现场的使用体验和影响力。 5. 持续关注业界领先的数据和AI技术趋势(如湖仓一体、Medallion架构、Al Infra等),评估其价值和落地的可行性。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上数据产品、数据平台、数据中台或 B 端工具产品经验。 2. 有Notebook功能开发、数据资产管理、告警系统设计相关经验优先。 3. 熟悉大语言模型及Agent框架的能力边界和落地路径，有强探索欲。 4. 有2B企业级数据类产品设计经验,有较强的场景抽象能力,有参与过重大客户项目工作经验者优先 5. 出色的逻辑思维能力、结构化思考能力和问题解决能力,能够将复杂的、抽象的需求转化为清晰的产品方案。 6. 优秀的沟通、协调和项目管理能力,能够有效管理多方干系人。

加分项: 1. 有机器学习/AI平台/GenAI方向的产品经验 2. 具有研发背景加分,具备一定的编程能力(如Python/Java/Scala),实践过AI编程加分,能够理解复杂系统的架构设计 3. 深入理解数据治理体系,对数据质量、元数据、数据安全有有实践经验。
