1. 主导云原生大数据平台通用解决方案的开发和标准化工作，提供从售前到交付的全流程解决方案支撑； 2. 能独立分析和提炼各行业典型场景，总结并推广行业打法和行业解决方案；能够反向影响及推动产品能力建设； 3. 推动行业ISV引入和合作伙伴联合解决方案开发和推广； 4. 与业务团队共同推进标杆客户，并且作为产品解决方案的负责人，能够影响业内公司的关键决策。

1. 3年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学相关专业优先； 2. 具备大数据项目实施经验及行业交付经验，具备一定的数据技术应用能力（SQL、统计分析、数据仓库），是大数据分析领域的咨询专家，了解数据仓库、数据中台、数据分析、数据治理理论实践，熟悉常见的大数据框架技术； 3. 熟悉云平台建设或大数据领域相关技术（包括但不限于Snowflake/Databrics/Hadoop/Spark/Flink等）； 4. 熟悉云原生技术，用于Kubernetes实操经验者优先； 5. 有强烈的主人翁意识、优秀的自驱力和学习能力，具有积极主动追求成功和帮助客户实现价值的意愿和热情，爱好挑战； 6. 具有良好的项目团队协作能力，能够组织跨团队协作、推动甚至直接负责项目优质如期落地，能够与市场或运营协作制定数据产品的品牌推广及运营策略等； 7. 有大数据平台通用解决方案规划/设计/交付经验者优先，熟悉数据中台建设有实际经验者优先； 8. 熟悉Linux，有python/Java/C++/Shell等开发经验者优先。
