Objetivo do trabalho: O auxiliar de produção contribui para o processo de fabricação e montagem de projetos, garantindo resultados de alta qualidade e eficiência. Este profissional desempenha atividades práticas em diferentes etapas da produção, assegurando que os projetos sejam entregues conforme os padrões da empresa. A função é essencial para o funcionamento da equipe, colaborando diretamente com a execução criativa e técnica.

Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na preparação de materiais e montagem de peças para projetos de visual merchandising, garantindo a qualidade e o cumprimento de prazos.

- Colaborar com a equipe de produção para manter a organização e a limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, facilitando o fluxo de trabalho.

- Seguir as instruções dos supervisores na execução das tarefas, contribuindo para a harmonia e eficiência da equipe.

- Realizar testes e verificações de qualidade nos produtos antes da entrega, assegurando que todos os detalhes estejam de acordo com as especificações do projeto.

- Propor melhorias de processos e práticas operacionais, visando aumentar a eficiência e a qualidade do trabalho realizado.

Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em processos de produção e montagem, com compreensão básica dos materiais utilizados.

- Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e boa comunicação para interagir com colegas e supervisores.

- Habilidade em seguir instruções e prestar atenção aos detalhes, assegurando a qualidade do trabalho.

- Flexibilidade e disposição para aprender novas técnicas e métodos de produção.

Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior na área de produção ou em ambientes semelhantes será considerada um diferencial, mas não é imprescindível. Estágios e experiências profissionais anteriores podem ser aceitos.

CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático sobre os princípios de montagem e produção, familiaridade com ferramentas e materiais utilizados na fabricação de projetos de visual merchandising. Habilidade em resolver problemas simples relacionados ao processo de produção e capacidade de trabalhar sob supervisão.
