Objetivo do trabalho: O Serralheiro é responsável pela execução de atividades de fabricação e montagem de estruturas metálicas, contribuindo para a realização de projetos de visual merchandising com a qualidade e precisão exigidas pela empresa. Este profissional atuará em um ambiente colaborativo, garantindo que os trabalhos sejam realizados de forma eficiente e detalhista, alinhando-se às necessidades de cada marca. Seu papel é fundamental para assegurar a integridade e a estética dos projetos durante todo o processo produtivo.

Responsabilidades:

- Executar a fabricação e montagem de estruturas metálicas, seguindo as especificações técnicas dos projetos.

- Realizar a manutenção e reparo de equipamentos e estruturas, atuando sempre com segurança e eficiência.

- Colaborar com a equipe de design e produção para garantir a correta implementação dos projetos, mantendo o controle da qualidade.

- Propor melhorias nos processos de fabricação, visando a otimização e eficiência no tempo e recursos utilizados.

- Interagir com fornecedores e outras áreas da empresa para garantir a entrega dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

- Supervisionar e orientar colaboradores juniores, quando necessário.

Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e projetos.

- Conhecimento prático em técnicas de soldagem, corte e montagem de estruturas metálicas.

- Habilidades analíticas para resolução de problemas relativos ao processo de fabricação e montagem.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e se comunicar de forma eficaz com diferentes áreas da empresa.

Formação: Formação técnica em Serralheria, Mecânica ou áreas afins.

Experiências profissionais: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência na função de serralheiro, preferencialmente na área de visual merchandising ou construção civil. Certificações em técnicas de soldagem ou cursos que complementem a formação técnica serão considerados diferenciais.

CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em soldagem, corte e modelagem de metais, familiaridade com ferramentas e equipamentos de serralheria. Capacidade de analisar e aplicar soluções criativas em projetos técnicos, além de estar atualizado sobre as melhores práticas e inovações no setor.
