Buscamos um(a) Pintor(a) para a nossa fábrica que carregue orgulho pelo ofício, obsessão pelo detalhe e o rigor necessário para transformar materiais em peças tangíveis, sensoriais e memoráveis.

O que você vai fazer

  • Executar a preparação completa de superfícies (lixamento, emassamento, selagem e primer) em madeira, MDF, metal ou acrílico.
  • Realizar a aplicação de tintas e vernizes (Laca, PU, acrílica, entre outros) utilizando pistolas de pintura e equipamentos de precisão.
  • Efetuar misturas e ajuste fino de cores conforme as especificações do projeto e o padrão de cor exigido.
  • Garantir o controle de qualidade do acabamento final de displays, móveis e peças de visual merchandising antes de seguirem para envio.
  • Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e manutenção da cabine de pintura, pistolas e ferramentas de trabalho.

O que procuramos

  • Experiência comprovada em pintura de acabamento fino (marcenaria de alto padrão, cenografia, displays ou protótipos).
  • Domínio das técnicas de preparação de superfícies, catálise e aplicação de Laca/PU.
  • Olhar detalhista e rigor técnico na identificação e correção de imperfeições.
  • Perfil colaborativo, com vontade de colocar as mãos na massa e evoluir junto com a equipe.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em projetos para o mercado de luxo ou visual merchandising.
  • Conhecimento sobre diferentes pigmentos, acabamentos foscos, acetinados e brilhantes.
