The posting

Transatel est un fournisseur mondial de solutions de connectivité cellulaire et le 1er agrégateur d’opérateurs mobiles alternatifs MVNO en Europe. Et si vous connectiez le monde, au-delà des frontières ?

Vous serez intégré(e) à l’équipe Admin Office (2 personnes) située dans le groupe DTSI. Vous aurez de fortes interactions avec l’équipe sécurité, les Sys Admins et les ingénieurs réseau. Les domaines techniques sont les systèmes Windows, la galaxie Microsoft 365 et dans une moindre mesure Linux. Vous traiterez des tâches relatives au hardware / système sur PC et à la gestion d’un réseau professionnel tel que des contrôleurs de domaine, le réseau Wifi, les accès VPN, la gestion d’un parc de carte SIM, le matériel de vidéo-conférence des salles de réunion et des évènements de sécurité du périmètre de l’équipe.

Votre mission

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Configurer et apporter le support sur le matériel informatique, les applications et les accès fournis aux équipes.

• Monitorer l’infrastructure interne afin de prévenir ou corriger les indisponibilités de service ou les tentatives d’attaque en collaboration avec l’équipe sécurité.

• Effectuer des maintenances sur nos serveurs bureautique

• Administrer les services Microsoft 365

• Suivre la gestion du matériel en stock

• Participation active à des projets d’industrialisation via développement ou outils d’automatisation

Votre profil

• Vous avez un diplôme bac+2 ou plus en informatique (BTS, BUT…).

• Idéalement vous avez un ou deux ans d’expérience dans une équipe de support informatique interne.

• Une connaissance basique de développement (PowerShell, Python ou autre) serait un plus.
