Votre mission

Au sein de notre équipe de Support Niveau 3 Télécom, nous recherchons un expert passionné qui saura mettre à profit son talent et sa curiosité en assurant les activités suivantes : - Rôle d’expert sur les éléments Cœur de Réseau Mobile 3G/4G/5G - Support / gestion d’incidents de niveau 3 - Gestion de problèmes Configuration - Participation à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux services/composants en production - Amélioration de l’opérabilité des composants développés en interne (SBC, GMSC, SMS-C…)

- Contribution à la sécurité des infrastructures de production télécom : application des correctifs de sécurité - Utilisation avancée de l’IA dans le but d’optimiser et rendre plus efficaces les tâches journalières de l’équipe.

- Mise en place et amélioration des sondes de monitoring du Cœur de Réseau - Participations aux astreintes - Participation à l’écriture de la documentation technique

Votre profil

Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur télécom ou d’un troisième cycle diplômant telecom, vous disposez d’au moins 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine. Vous êtes passionné par l’ingénierie des services telecoms et des réseaux, curieux et force de proposition vous aimez opérer des solutions innovantes. Vous êtes organisé et rigoureux mais également à l’aise dans un environnement très dynamique. La maîtrise courante de l’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.

Compétences attendues - Connaissance des services et architectures mobiles : Subscriber Data Management, Services Voix, SMS, VoLTE, Services DATA - Connaissance avancée des protocoles Télécoms : Diameter, SIP, GTP-C/U, SS7, DNS, Radius, SCTP - Maitrise de plateformes HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SBC, IMS, OCS, PGW - Aisance dans l’analyse de données / statistiques, bonne maitrise de SQL - Excellente Maitrise des environnements Unix / Linux - Une expérience de la virtualisation (VM Ware / KVM / Xen) et de la conteneurisation/Kubernetes serait un plus

- Outils : Wireshark, tcpdump, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix

Qualités attendues - Troubleshooter et curieux - Résistance au stress des opérations / incidents - Sens du service et du relationnel avec les clients (externes) et les équipes (internes) - Investi et passionné - Fibre opérationnelle
