Transatel est un fournisseur mondial de solutions de connectivité cellulaire et le 1er agrégateur d’opérateurs mobiles alternatifs MVNO en Europe. Et si vous connectiez le monde, au-delà des frontières ?

Vous rejoignez l'équipe Presales, rattachée au Head of Presales, composée d'un Bid Manager, d'un Presales Solution Architect et de deux Presales Solution Engineers. L'équipe pilote la réponse technique aux appels d'offres (RFP/RFQ) et accompagne les Account Managers sur les comptes stratégiques, de la qualification à la signature.

Le nombre d'appels d'offres traités est en forte croissance (près de 30 par an attendus en 2026, +47% entre 2024 et 2025) : ce poste est ouvert pour accompagner la croissance commerciale de Transatel à l'international.

Votre mission

En tant que Presales Solution Engineer, vous êtes le référent technique des cycles d'avant-vente :

• Qualification technique des opportunités : analyse des besoins clients (IoT, automotive, MVNO), identification des solutions Transatel adaptées et des points de complexité.

• Solution design : conception de l'architecture de la solution proposée (connectivité cellulaire internationale, eSIM SGP.02 / SGP.32, APIs, plateformes de gestion de SIM), rédaction des descriptions techniques et schémas d'architecture.

• Réponses aux appels d'offres (RFP/RFQ) : rédaction des volets techniques, en coordination avec le Bid Manager et les équipes internes (Produit, Ingénierie, Sécurité).

• Appui technique aux Account Managers : soutenances clients, ateliers techniques, démonstrations, et cadrage technique des demandes d'évolution en phase amont (faisabilité, périmètre, risques) avec les équipes Produit et Ingénierie.

• En appui de l'Account Manager, vous pouvez ponctuellement contribuer à des revues techniques sur des comptes stratégiques, en coordination avec les équipes Support et Delivery qui assurent le suivi opérationnel des clients.

Votre profil

• Formation Bac+5 / école d'ingénieur (télécoms, réseaux, informatique) ou équivalent.

• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en avant-vente, ingénierie ou conseil dans les télécoms, l'IoT ou le logiciel B2B.

• Bonne compréhension des réseaux mobiles (architecture cœur de réseau, roaming international) ; la connaissance des standards eSIM (SGP.02 / SGP.32) est un plus.

• Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale : vous savez vulgariser un sujet technique pour un décideur et structurer une réponse convaincante.

• Anglais courant (C1) : les appels d'offres et les clients sont majoritairement internationaux.
