Votre mission

Le stagiaire RAFM accompagnera l’équipe Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management dans le suivi, l’analyse et l’amélioration des contrôles liés à l’usage des services télécoms, à la fiabilité de la facturation et à la gestion des risques de fraude.

En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe RAFM, le stagiaire contribuera aux activités d’analyse de données, de reporting et de validation dans le cadre de projets et d’activités opérationnelles.

Ce stage offre une exposition aux environnements data télécoms, aux contrôles financiers et aux outils analytiques utilisés pour sécuriser les revenus et soutenir la prise de décision.

Responsabilités principales :

· Supporter l’équipe RAFM dans le suivi des usages télécoms, la cohérence de la facturation et l’identification de potentielles pertes de revenus

· Analyser des volumes importants de données liés aux usages et à la facturation (CDR, rapports d’usage, fichiers de réconciliation)

· Contribuer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des dashboards analytiques (ex : Power BI) utilisés pour le suivi et le reporting

· Participer aux activités de validation liées aux projets et aux contrôles opérationnels de Revenue Assurance

· Identifier des anomalies, incohérences ou schémas potentiels de fraude dans les données d’usage télécom

· Documenter les analyses, processus et résultats afin de faciliter le reporting interne et la collaboration avec les équipes

· Participer à des analyses ad-hoc et aux différentes initiatives RAFM

Votre profil

· Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur en Data, Télécommunications, Informatique, Mathématiques appliquées ou équivalent

· Fort intérêt pour l’analyse de données et la résolution de problèmes

· Bonne maîtrise des outils d’analyse de données (Excel requis ; Power BI et SQL appréciés)

· Capacité à manipuler des volumes importants de données et à mener des analyses structurées

· Rigueur et sens du détail, notamment dans l’investigation d’anomalies

· Bon niveau d’anglais
