The posting

Căutăm un Director Național de Vânzări cu experiență solidă în industria turismului sau retail, capabil să coordoneze echipe complexe și să dezvolte strategii comerciale la nivel național. Rolul presupune responsabilitatea de a conduce, inspira și dezvolta echipa de vânzări, contribuind direct la atingerea obiectivelor strategice ale companiei.

Responsabilități

  • Dezvoltă și implementează strategia de vânzări la nivel național și regional, în conformitate cu obiectivele companiei.
  • Coordonează, motivează și evaluează echipa de vânzări (ASM, manageri de agenții, agenți de vânzări).
  • Stabilește obiective individuale și de echipă, monitorizează performanța și ia măsuri pentru atingerea targeturilor stabilite.
  • Analizează vânzările, indicatorii de performanță, piața și concurența; elaborează rapoarte și propuneri strategice.
  • Identifică noi oportunități de piață, de creștere a vânzărilor și de îmbunătățire a experienței clientului.
  • Participă activ la programe de training, dezvoltare și motivare a echipei.
  • Negociază contracte comerciale și stabilește condiții de colaborare avantajoase pentru companie.
  • Colaborează cu departamentele interne (marketing, produs, financiar, suport) pentru campanii, oferte și optimizarea procesului de vânzare.
  • Elaborează rapoarte periodice privind rezultatele vânzărilor, bonusurile acordate și propune măsuri de îmbunătățire.

Experiență necesară

  • Minimum 5-7 ani de experiență relevantă, în roluri de coordonare a echipelor de vânzări, preferabil la nivel regional sau național.
  • Experiență dovedită în gestionarea rețelelor de agenții de turism sau în coordonarea vânzărilor prin multiple puncte de lucru.

Studii

  • Studii superioare finalizate (preferabil în Business, Marketing sau Turism).

Cunoștințe de limbi străine

  • Limba engleză nivel avansat.

Competențe și abilități

  • Abilități excelente de leadership și coordonare, cu experiență demonstrată în conducerea unor echipe mari de angajați (100+ persoane).
  • Capacitate de gândire strategică, dar și implicare operațională atunci când este necesar.
  • Experiență în analiza indicatorilor de performanță, implementarea de strategii de creștere și motivarea echipelor.
  • Orientare către rezultate și oameni abilități puternice de comunicare, feedback și motivare.
  • Cunoștințe bune de MS Office, platforme CRM și instrumente de raportare.
