Clientul nostru este o companie de construcții din Sibiu, activă în sectorul serviciilor suport combinate, cu o experiență de peste 17 ani în domeniu. Prin utilizarea de tehnologie modernă și utilaje performante, aceasta realizează lucrări industriale și rezidențiale la standarde ridicate de calitate.

Responsabilitati:

1. Coordonarea lucrărilor

  • Organizează activitatea zilnică a echipelor de muncitori și subantreprenori.
  • Coordonează furnizorii de materiale și utilaje.
  • Monitorizează progresul lucrărilor în raport cu graficul de execuție.

2. Respectarea proiectului tehnic

  • Interpretează și aplică planurile de execuție (planuri de structură, detalii tehnice etc.).
  • Se asigură că lucrările respectă specificațiile din proiect și normativele în vigoare.

3. Controlul calității

  • Verifică execuția etapelor importante: fundații, armături, cofraje, turnări de beton, zidării etc.
  • Se asigură că materialele utilizate sunt conforme cu documentația tehnică și standardele de calitate.
  • Întocmește fișe de verificare, procese-verbale și alte documente de calitate.

4. Siguranța muncii pe șantier

  • Supraveghează respectarea normelor de sănătate și securitate în muncă.
  • Verifică utilizarea echipamentului de protecție și condițiile de lucru ale muncitorilor.

5. Gestionarea resurselor

  • Monitorizează consumul de materiale și stocurile existente.
  • Urmărește buna utilizare a resurselor disponibile (materiale, utilaje, forță de muncă).
  • Propune soluții pentru reducerea pierderilor și optimizarea costurilor.

6. Relația cu autoritățile și dirigintele de șantier

  • Colaborează cu proiectantul, dirigintele de șantier și autoritățile de control.
  • Asigură pregătirea și transmiterea documentației necesare pentru verificări și recepție.

7. Documentație tehnică și raportare

  • Completează jurnalul de șantier, rapoartele zilnice de activitate și notele de constatare.
  • Urmărește graficul de execuție și semnalează eventualele întârzieri sau neconformități.
  • Propune soluții tehnice pentru remedierea deficiențelor apărute pe parcursul lucrărilor.

Abilități necesare:

  • Cunoștințe solide de construcții civile și industriale, structuri, materiale și normative tehnice.
  • Capacitate de organizare, planificare și coordonare a activităților.
  • Abilități de comunicare și de lucru în echipă.
  • Spirit practic, atenție la detalii și gândire analitică pentru soluționarea problemelor.
