Key Account Manager (Industria Farma)



Responsabilități principale

  • Identifică și dezvoltă relații profesionale bazate pe încredere cu profesioniștii din domeniul sănătății și reprezentanții instituțiilor medicale din zona alocată
  • Promovează într-un mod etic produsele din portofoliu, în conformitate cu strategia de marketing și regulamentele în vigoare (Codul de Etică ARPIM, legislația locală privind promovarea medicamentelor etc.)
  • Planifică, organizează și implementează vizitele de promovare și activitățile promoționale în teritoriul alocat, asigurând o acoperire eficientă și o frecvență optimă
  • Organizează workshopuri, seminarii, mese rotunde și simpozioane locale într-un mod profesionist, în scopul creșterii încrederii în produs și companie
  • Monitorizează și analizează tendințele pieței și oportunitățile apărute
  • Colaborează permanent cu echipele de marketing, medical, distribuție și vânzări pentru implementarea strategiei și atingerea obiectivelor de business
  • Gestionează eficient bugetul alocat activităților promoționale, asigurând respectarea politicilor interne și a procedurilor de conformitate
  • Raportează periodic activitatea, rezultatele și feedback-ul din piață prin intermediul sistemelor interne (CRM, rapoarte de vizită, analize interne etc.) 

Cerințe și competențe:

  • Studii superioare (preferabil în domeniul medical, farmaceutic sau științe biologice)
  • Experiență anterioară de minimum 2/ 3 ani în promovarea produselor farmaceutice
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și relaționare interpersonală;
  • Gândire strategică, orientare către rezultate și capacitate de planificare eficientă;
  • Integritate profesională și respectarea strictă a normelor de etică și conformitate;
  • Cunoștințe solide privind piața farma;
  • Capacitate de analiză a datelor de piață și de identificare a oportunităților;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări frecvente;
  • Cunoștințe de operare PC (MS Office, CRM) și limba engleză la nivel mediu-avansat.

  • Abilități de influență și persuasiune etică;
  • Capacitate de adaptare rapidă la schimbări și priorități multiple;
