1. 政企客户全流程售前支撑：面向政府及相关单位客户，开展自动驾驶、智能网联、车路协同领域的需求调研、技术交流与方案汇报，主导政企项目的售前沟通、需求拆解与方案输出，支撑项目从意向到落地的全流程推进； 2. 定制化方案输出与投标支撑：基于对智能驾驶产品与技术的理解，为客户定制适配政企场景的解决方案，独立完成技术建议书、投标文件、方案白皮书等材料撰写，参与招投标、技术澄清与答辩工作； 3. 技术价值传递与客户关系维护：无需编写代码，但需基于扎实的技术理解，向客户清晰传递方案优势、落地路径与行业价值，解答客户技术疑问，建立客户信任；配合销售团队开展客户拜访、技术沙龙、方案演示等活动； 4. 行业沉淀与方案迭代：跟踪智能驾驶领域政策导向与政企客户需求变化，沉淀行业解决方案与成功案例，协同产品、研发团队反馈客户需求，推动方案的政企场景适配优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、智能交通、通信工程等相关专业； 2. 3年以上自动驾驶 / 智能网联 / 车路协同领域售前、解决方案或政企项目支撑经验； 3. 熟悉自动驾驶、车路协同技术体系，具备较强的技术理解能力，无需代码开发经验； 4. 具备政企客户对接经验，熟悉政府项目沟通逻辑与决策流程，能独立完成方案汇报与客户沟通； 5. base 北京，能适配政企项目推进节奏与紧急事项响应要求。 优先条件 - 有智能网联示范区、智慧交通类政企项目售前或落地经验； - 熟悉智能驾驶相关产品与解决方案； - 具备政府项目投标、方案答辩的成功案例； - 具备优秀的方案撰写与跨部门协同能力，可高效推进多项目并行工作。
