Salary: $101,400 to $105,456, DOE

Job Summary As the Lead Medical Technologist in Microbiology, you will oversee the daily operations of the Clinical Laboratory, ensuring that testing and reporting of results are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will maintain and update laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations, including staff management and workflow coordination.
  • Ensure timely and accurate testing and reporting of microbiological test results.
  • Maintain and update laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Preferred: Leadership or supervisory experience in a microbiology lab.
