We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting physical therapists in the delivery of treatments and therapies for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, attentive, and motivated to contribute to the well-being of our clients. ## Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in providing treatments and therapeutic exercises.
  • Help patients with stretches, exercises, and other physical therapy interventions.
  • Communicate with patients to understand their therapeutic goals and report progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification (as required by state regulations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from physical therapists.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

0-5 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply. ## How to Apply
