Job Description

Evaluación de riesgos

  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas en las áreas de trabajo
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos (mecánicos, eléctricos, ergonómicos, ambientales…)
  • Actualizar la Evaluación de Riesgos cuando haya cambios en procesos o equipos

Documentación y planes

  • Mantener actualizado el Plan de Prevención
  • Elaborar o revisar procedimientos de seguridad
  • Preparar y revisar el Plan de Emergencia y las rutas de evacuación

Controles operativos

  • Verificar el uso correcto de los EPI (Equipos de Protección Individual)
  • Comprobar el estado de máquinas, equipos e instalaciones
  • Realizar seguimiento de riesgos específicos (ruido, productos químicos, manipulación manual de cargas…)

Formación e información

  • Organizar y registrar la formación obligatoria en PRL
  • Informar a los trabajadores sobre los riesgos de su puesto
  • Realizar breves charlas de seguridad o comunicaciones preventivas

Incidentes y notificaciones

  • Investigar accidentes e incidentes (near misses)
  • Elaborar informes y análisis de causas
  • Proponer acciones correctivas y verificar su implementación

Coordinación

  • Coordinar con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (si aplica)
  • Gestionar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) con proveedores y contratas
  • Colaborar con RR. HH., Operaciones y Mantenimiento

Seguimiento y control

  • Mantener registros y calendarios PRL actualizados
  • Verificar periódicamente las medidas preventivas implantadas
  • Preparar indicadores y KPI de seguridad
