Je kent het ritme van de krijgsmacht, de structuur van een peloton en de verantwoordelijkheid die hoort bij het opleiden van jonge leiders. Misschien mis je het werken met gemotiveerde militairen, het overdragen van vakmanschap en het begeleiden van iemand die voor het eerst écht onder druk staat. Je weet hoe waardevol een goede onderofficier is in de vorming van een toekomstig officier. En je zoekt een manier om dat vak weer op te pakken, zonder fulltime terug te keren. Via Triangular Group kun je jouw ervaring gericht inzetten in de Korte Officiersopleiding op de KMA.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt de Korte Officiersopleiding (KOO) op de KMA, waar civiele HBO‑ en WO‑instromers in één jaar worden gevormd tot officier. Je werkt samen met militaire instructeurs en TGA‑collega’s en begeleidt vooral de eerste drie modules van de opleiding. Je week bestaat uit lessen, voorbereiding, observaties en het begeleiden van oefeningen op en buiten de kazerne.

  • Je begeleidt aspirant‑officieren tijdens de AMO‑periode (module 1)
  • Je geeft instructie over leiderschap, commandovoering en militair optreden
  • Je ondersteunt oefeningen te velde en beoordeelt het functioneren van cursisten
  • Je verzorgt feedbackmomenten en schrijft korte, heldere beoordelingen
  • Je werkt samen met instructeurs van CLAS, KMAR of CLSK/CLRS, afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond
  • Je bewaakt de leerlijn binnen de modules en stemt af met de militaire staf
  • Je levert input voor de voorbereiding van scenario’s en oefenprogramma’s

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op de Koninklijke Militaire Academie in Breda. Je bent afwisselend in het klaslokaal, op het oefenterrein en in de buitenlucht tijdens velddagen. Het team bestaat uit TGA‑opleiders en militaire instructeurs. Er zijn vaste weekstarts en evaluatiemomenten, en je hebt regelmatig contact met andere TG‑collega’s op de locatie. Je komt volgens afspraak op het hoofdkantoor in Heerle voor afstemming en professionalisering.

  • Onregelmatige diensten of overnachtingen tijdens oefeningen
  • VGB‑screening, medische keuring of uniformverstrekking

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je bent oud‑onderofficier van CLAS, KMAR of CLSK/CLRS
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van het leiderschapscircumplex
  • Je bent kerninstructeur MBV
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen het militaire domein
  • Je kunt lesgeven, begeleiden en beoordelen op een gestructureerde manier
