Goed opleiden vraagt meer dan vakkennis alleen. Je moet begrijpen hoe mensen leren, hoe je gedrag ontwikkelt en hoe je instructeurs helpt om hun vak steeds beter uit te oefenen. Jij hebt ervaring als opleider en weet hoe je theorie vertaalt naar de militaire praktijk. Als Hoofdinstructeur bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining in Amsterdam werk je aan de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van opleidingen en aan de ontwikkeling van de instructeurs die ze verzorgen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofdinstructeur ben je procesverantwoordelijke op het gebied van Opleiding & Individuele Training (O&iT). Je vormt de verbinding tussen de ontwikkeling van opleidingsinhoud en de uitvoering op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt de SRI in hun vaktechnische en didactische ontwikkeling en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het leerproces. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je ontwikkelt complexe opleidings- en maatwerktrajecten die aansluiten op de leerdoelen.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht de SRI in hun didactische en vaktechnische ontwikkeling.
  • Je vertaalt leertaken en opleidingsinhoud naar praktische trainingssituaties.
  • Je evalueert leerprocessen en signaleert mogelijkheden om opleidingen te verbeteren.
  • Je beoordeelt leerresultaten op zowel kennis als gedrag.
  • Je ondersteunt de SRI bij het toepassen van didactische en pedagogische methodieken.
  • Je bewaakt de inhoudelijke samenhang tussen opleidingsdoelen, lesuitvoering en beoordeling.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining (NWT) in Amsterdam. Binnen deze opleidingsomgeving werken wij, vanuit TG, samen met Defensie aan de opleiding en ontwikkeling van cursisten. De organisatie is nog in ontwikkeling. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen bestaande opleidingsprocessen uitvoert, maar ook betrokken bent bij het verder vormgeven en verbeteren ervan. Je werkt zowel aan de inhoud van opleidingen als aan de manier waarop deze in de praktijk worden gegeven.
