Je weet hoe het is om medische keuzes te maken wanneer de omgeving tegenwerkt. Je hebt ervaren dat goede zorg en tactisch optreden niet los van elkaar staan. Onder druk telt niet alleen wat je medisch kunt, maar ook of je de situatie goed leest en veilig handelt. Nu wil je die ervaring doorgeven aan first responders en medische professionals. Via Triangular Group Academy leid je hen op voor de omstandigheden waarin alles moet kloppen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Opleider NAEMT TECC train je groepen van acht tot twaalf cursisten in medisch handelen onder operationele druk. Je verzorgt samen met collega-opleiders en trauma-acteurs het vaste TECC-programma volgens de internationale standaarden van NAEMT. Een TECC Provider-cursus duurt twee dagen; een herhalingsdag duurt één dag.

  • Je traint cursisten in de toepassing van MARCH binnen een tactische context
  • Je past scenario's aan op het type optreden en de werkomgeving van de cursisten
  • Je begeleidt first responders en medische professionals tijdens realistische oefeningen
  • Je observeert het handelen, geeft gerichte feedback en bewaakt de leerdoelen
  • Je werkt met collega-opleiders en trauma-acteurs aan een veilige en eenduidige uitvoering van het programma

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen TGA TACMED. De opleidingen vinden plaats in Heerle of op een trainingslocatie dicht bij de klant, in leslokalen en scenarioruimtes. Binnen TACMED zijn ongeveer veertig opleiders actief; een deel van hen is opgeleid voor TECC. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider. Tijdens opleidingen werk je met collega-opleiders en trauma-acteurs, maar je moet de cursus ook zelfstandig kunnen verzorgen.

Een trainingsdag duurt meestal acht tot negen uur en valt doorgaans overdag. Reizen naar verschillende locaties hoort bij de inzet. Reistijd is in principe eigen tijd, tenzij hierover andere afspraken over zijn gemaakt.

Traject:

Na een positieve meeloopdag leiden we je op tot TECC Provider, en aansluitend tot NAEMT TECC-instructeur. Na 8 gegeven TECC-cursussen worden de 16 uur van je instructeurscursus vergoed. Je start op basis van ZZP of een flexibel oproepcontract.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt een operationele, prehospitale medische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld als ambulanceverpleegkundige, SEH-verpleegkundige, militair verpleegkundige, defensiemedic, arts of physician assistant
  • Je medische ervaring ligt minimaal op het niveau van medic of verpleegkundige binnen de acute zorg
  • Je hebt zelf complexe situaties meegemaakt waarin de kwaliteit van zorg afhing van de operationele omstandigheden
  • Je hebt ervaring met MARCH
  • Je hebt didactische ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit met lesgeven
  • Je begrijpt het belang van internationale standaarden en eenduidig handelen tussen collega's
  • Je bent dienstbaar, werkt graag samen en staat open voor andere meningen en verdere ontwikkeling
  • Je maakt structureel tijd vrij voor minimaal twee cursussen per maand
