Als ervaren instructeur combineer je vakinhoudelijke kennis met didactische expertise en coaching. Bij Triangular Group krijg je de ruimte om jouw ervaring in te zetten voor de ontwikkeling van militair personeel.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Instructeur ontwikkel en verzorg je opleidingen en trainingen binnen de militaire context. Je vertaalt actuele ontwikkelingen uit de operationele praktijk naar relevante leertrajecten en begeleidt cursisten in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Daarbij werk je samen met collega-instructeurs, staf en operationele partners.

  • Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt opleidingen en trainingen die aansluiten op de militaire beroepspraktijk.
  • Je vertaalt actuele operationele ontwikkelingen naar concrete en relevante lesinhoud.
  • Je selecteert en gebruikt passende onderwijsmiddelen en didactische werkvormen.
  • Je begeleidt cursisten en stimuleert reflectie, zelfontwikkeling en professionele groei.
  • Je ontwikkelt en neemt toetsen en beoordelingen af aan de hand van duidelijke criteria.
  • Je geeft gerichte en constructieve feedback en legt een duidelijke verbinding tussen leerdoelen en eindkwalificaties.
  • Je werkt samen met collega-instructeurs en andere betrokkenen aan een veilige en effectieve leeromgeving.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen een militaire onderwijscontext waarin actuele operationele kennis en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je maakt deel uit van een team van instructeurs en werkt samen met staf en operationele partners.   • Je bent didactisch bekwaam conform ECOD.
  • Je beschikt over actuele kennis van de militaire beroepspraktijk.
  • Je kunt operationele kennis vertalen naar effectief en eigentijds onderwijs.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen en afnemen van toetsen en beoordelingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke coachings- en begeleidingsvaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over goede organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent minimaal 38 uur per week beschikbaar.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen van activerende leeromgevingen.

  • Je kunt leerdoelen effectief koppelen aan toetsing en eindkwalificaties.
  • Je weet nieuwe operationele ontwikkelingen snel te vertalen naar actuele lesinhoud.
