In deze functie begeleid je opleiders binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining bij hun ontwikkeling tot gekwalificeerde en zelfstandig inzetbare professionals. Je werkt vanuit de praktijk, met oog voor zowel didactische kwaliteit als vakbekwaamheid. Vanuit Triangular Group draag je als Opleidings- en Trainersbegeleider (OTB) direct bij aan de kwaliteit van de opleiders die het onderwijs verzorgen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als OTB ben je voornamelijk actief als praktijkleermeester en/of mentor. Je begeleidt opleiders tijdens het doorlopen van hun leertakenboek voor ECOD POL (Praktijkopleider) en vervolgens ECOD Opleider. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met andere praktijkleermeesters en het Hoofd OTB.

Je:

  • begeleidt opleiders bij het uitvoeren van hun leertakenboek en de voorbereiding op hun ECOD-kwalificaties;
  • woont regelmatig lessen en trainingen bij en observeert het optreden van de opleider;
  • geeft concrete, ontwikkelgerichte feedback op vakkennis, didactiek en uitvoering;
  • voert begeleidings-, voortgangs- en reflectiegesprekken en bespreekt de ontwikkeling van de opleider;
  • signaleert leerbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar praktische ontwikkelpunten;
  • ondersteunt opleiders bij het kritisch beoordelen van hun eigen handelen;
  • bewaakt samen met het OTB-team de voortgang richting ECOD-kwalificatie en zelfstandige inzet.

Je werkt daarbij niet alleen toe naar het behalen van een kwalificatie. Het doel is dat opleiders zich ontwikkelen tot vakbekwame en didactisch sterke professionals die zelfstandig binnen de Nationale Weerbaarheidstraining kunnen worden ingezet.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken binnen een nieuwe schoolorganisatie waarin de ontwikkeling en kwalificatie van opleiders centraal staan. Binnen het OTB-team werk je samen met praktijkleermeesters en het Hoofd OTB.

De functie bevindt zich op het snijvlak van opleiding en praktijk. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij lessen en trainingen om opleiders in hun eigen werkomgeving te observeren en gericht te begeleiden. Vanuit Triangular Group werk je samen met professionals die ervaring hebben binnen het veiligheids- en opleidingsdomein.

Welke skills neem je mee?

Hier herken je jezelf in (harde eisen):

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare militaire ervaring én een bevoegdheid/graad als docent; of
  • je beschikt over de kwalificaties ECOD Opleider én ECOD Praktijkleermeester.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring of affiniteit met het begeleiden en coachen van opleiders.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt observaties vertalen naar concrete en bruikbare feedback.
  • Je kunt structuur aanbrengen in leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en zoekt actief de samenwerking binnen het OTB-team.

Mooi meegenomen:

  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van opleiders richting ECOD-kwalificaties.
  • Ervaring met het observeren en beoordelen van lessen en trainingen.
  • Ervaring binnen een militaire opleidingsomgeving.
