Jij begrijpt wat militair vakmanschap vraagt en weet hoe belangrijk structuur, vertrouwen en een helder doel zijn tijdens herstel. Als Opleider bij het Sport Medisch Revalidatiepeloton via Triangular Group Academy krijg je de kans om die ervaring opnieuw in te zetten binnen de omgeving van de Luchtmobiele Brigade.

Wat ga je doen?

Bij het Sport Medisch Revalidatiepeloton (SMR) in Schaarsbergen begeleid je militairen die tijdelijk zijn uitgevallen tijdens hun initiële opleiding. Je werkt dagelijks samen met militaire instructeurs, revalidatiespecialisten en begeleiders. In een gemiddelde werkweek wisselen coachingsgesprekken, praktijklessen, administratieve taken en begeleiding op de werkvloer elkaar af.

  • Je verzorgt lessen in militaire basisvaardigheden en vakgerichte onderwerpen.
  • Je begeleidt cursisten tijdens hun hersteltraject en volgt hun voortgang.
  • Je voert individuele coachingsgesprekken gericht op motivatie, structuur en toekomstperspectief.
  • Je observeert gedrag, ontwikkeling en belastbaarheid en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van opleidingsactiviteiten.
  • Je houdt opleidingsdossiers en administratieve registraties actueel.
  • Je rapporteerd naar teamleider en HR afdeling
  • Je onderhoudt contact met betrokken instructeurs, begeleiders en ketenpartners binnen het traject.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op de Oranjekazerne in Schaarsbergen, binnen de omgeving van de Luchtmobiele Brigade. De werkzaamheden vinden hoofdzakelijk plaats op kantoorlocaties, lesruimtes en militaire oefenfaciliteiten op het kazerneterrein. Je maakt deel uit van een team van militaire en civiele opleiders die gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de begeleiding van SMR-cursisten.

Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke opleidingscoördinator of projectleider vanuit Triangular Group Academy. Er vindt regelmatig afstemming plaats met Defensiepersoneel, begeleiders en overige betrokken disciplines. Binnen het team zijn korte lijnen, vaste overlegmomenten en directe communicatie de standaard.

Je werkt voornamelijk gedurende reguliere werkdagen. Incidentele activiteiten buiten standaard werktijden kunnen voorkomen afhankelijk van de opleidingsplanning. Voor werkzaamheden op locaties buiten Schaarsbergen ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding. Bezoeken aan het hoofdkantoor van Triangular Group in Heerle vinden plaats wanneer dit nodig is voor teamdagen, opleidingen of overlegmomenten.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt ervaring als onderofficier bij de Luchtmobiele brigade
  • Je hebt ervaring als onderofficier bij de CLAS infanterie / pantserinfanterie.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een ECOD/ POL /PLM- of Opleiderkwalificatie.
  • Je bent fysiek fit en kunt kandidaten zowel mentaal als fysiek begeleiden.
  • Je bent vaardig met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook).
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, gestructureerd en professioneel.
  • Ben jij een zeer ervaren Kpl met Luchtmobiele achtergrond en heb jij een ECOD / POL certificering en aantoonbare paraatheid dan kom je mogelijk ook in aanmerking.
