Als Docent Algemeen Juridisch zet je jouw kennis in om politiemensen sterker, professioneler en rechtmatiger te laten handelen. Via Triangular Group stap je in een rol waarin jouw expertise direct impact heeft op de kwaliteit van het politiewerk in Nederland.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol verzorg je juridisch onderwijs voor politieaspiranten en politiemedewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met collega‑docenten, onderwijskundigen en praktijkbegeleiders. Een werkweek bestaat uit lesgeven, casuïstiek bespreken, toetsen beoordelen en lesinhoud actueel houden. Je staat voor groepen van 12 tot 25 studenten en schakelt tussen theorie, praktijkvoorbeelden en juridische duiding.

  • Je geeft les in algemene juridische vakken aan politieaspiranten
  • Je behandelt onderwerpen zoals strafrecht, bestuursrecht en politiebevoegdheden
  • Je begeleidt studenten bij opdrachten, casussen en praktijkgerichte vraagstukken
  • Je beoordeelt juridische opdrachten en praktijkcasussen
  • Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert lesmateriaal binnen de digitale leeromgeving
  • Je werkt samen met collega‑docenten en examinatoren om onderwijs te verbeteren
  • Je bewaakt de juridische juistheid van lesinhoud en vertaalt wetgeving naar de praktijk

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt voor de Politieacademie op verschillende leslocaties in Nederland. Je staat in leslokalen, gebruikt digitale onderwijsomgevingen en bent regelmatig aanwezig op praktijkgerichte trainingslocaties. Je maakt deel uit van het docententeam van Triangular Group Academy . Je directe leidinggevende is Renaldo Jacobs, teamleider Blauw. Je hebt regelmatig contactmomenten met hem en andere TGA‑collega’s op locatie. Je werkt volledig op de onderwijs- en trainingslocaties; je hoeft niet naar het hoofdkantoor in Heerle.

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • HBO‑ of WO‑werk‑ en denkniveau
  • Onderwijsbevoegdheid
  • Actuele juridische kennis, bij voorkeur strafrecht en strafvordering
  • Ervaring met het geven van lessen, trainingen of cursussen
  • Didactisch vaardig, communicatief sterk, analytisch en integer

Mooi meegenomen

  • Masterdiploma in een juridisch specialisme
  • Ervaring binnen overheid, onderwijs of publieke sector
  • Ervaring met hbo‑onderwijs
  • Ervaring met digitale leeromgevingen en juridische databanken
