Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Docent EHDP leid je politiemedewerkers op tot professionals die onder operationele omstandigheden eerste hulp kunnen verlenen. Je werkt samen met docenten, operationele eenheden en medische specialisten. Je week bestaat uit lesgeven op verschillende locaties, het ontwikkelen van onderwijs en het begeleiden en beoordelen van studenten.

  • Je verzorgt EHDP-lessen binnen basis- en vervolgopleidingen
  • Je traint medische vaardigheden en besluitvorming onder operationele druk
  • Je begeleidt en coacht studenten tijdens hun leertraject
  • Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert les en toets materiaal
  • Je neemt examens en proeven van bekwaamheid af
  • Je evalueert leerresultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je stemt inhoud en aanpak af met operationele politie-eenheden en vakgroepen

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt binnen Triangular Group Academy (TGA) – TACMED Civiel en wordt ingezet op verschillende locaties van de Politieacademie, waaronder Apeldoorn, Leusden, Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Eindhoven.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van het docententeam binnen het politieonderwijs en werkt samen met andere docenten, examinatoren en operationele eenheden. Het TACMED Civiel team bestaat uit ongeveer 40 acteurs en 70 opleiders binnen het veiligheidsdomein. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider TACMED Civiel.

De werkomgeving is praktijkgericht, met een directe koppeling naar de operationele politiepraktijk. Reizen tussen locaties hoort bij de functie. Overlegmomenten vinden plaats rondom onderwijs, evaluaties en teamactiviteiten. Het hoofdkantoor in Heerle bezoek je wanneer nodig, bijvoorbeeld voor teamdagen of afstemming.

Welke skills neem je mee?

Hier herken je jezelf in (harde eisen):

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Certificeringen zoals BLS-instructeur, PBLS-instructeur en EHBO, of bereid deze te behalen
  • Ruime ervaring als opleider
  • Ervaring met examinering en scenario-onderwijs
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen politie, defensie, ambulance, brandweer of acute zorg
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en coachende stijl
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig
