  • Provide substantive regulatory input into AML, responsible gambling, consumer protection, and other regulatory policy areas.
  • Develop and deliver regulatory training and awareness materials to Compliance and operational teams.
  • Identify gaps in existing policies and frameworks and propose improvements proactively.
  • Provide meaningful regulatory input into compliance monitoring activities, internal reviews, and audit processes.

  • Lead or contribute to regulatory workstreams within internal projects, change program, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support junior members of the Regulatory team, providing guidance and reviewing their work where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation, records, and internal registers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Regulatory function's processes and ways of working.
  • Perform other duties reasonably aligned with the role.

Requirements:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
