The posting

Wir suchen eine/n Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), der/die uns in den alltäglichen Büroaufgaben unterstützt. Auftragsmanagement, Rechnungen erstellen, Personalakten anlegen und das Büromanagement sind Aufgaben, die Dich dabei täglich begleiten werden.

Sobald Du passende Unternehmen ausfindig gemacht hast und den Kontakt zu diesen hergestellt hast, leitest Du diese an unseren Account Executives weiter.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Überführen von Aufträgen an unser Service Team
  • Dokumentieren von Geldeingängen, Rechnungserstellung, Überwachung der Aufträge
  • Dokumentation verschiedener Dokumente und Protokollierung wichtiger Meetings
  • Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Büroaufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du bist motiviert, willst immer der/die Beste sein und brennst darauf, die SEO/ Marketing Branche kennenzulernen
  • Zielstrebig, Dir macht es Spaß Deine Kennzahlen jeden Tag zu erfüllen bzw. sie gar zu übertreffen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem zielgerichteten Team
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort sowie Schrift sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
  • Du bist selbstbewusst und hast kein Problem mit anderen Menschen zu sprechen
