Du willst SEO nicht verwalten, sondern Projekte wirklich zum Ergebnis bringen? Bei Trustfactory übernimmst du Kundenprojekte und eigene Projekte von der Analyse bis zum Ergebnis. Du bist eng am Kunden, entwickelst die Strategie, steuerst die Umsetzung und passt den Plan an, wenn die Zahlen zeigen, dass es nötig ist.

So arbeiten wir

Du bist die zentrale fachliche Person für deine Projekte. Du verstehst das Geschäft des Kunden, setzt Prioritäten und bleibst verantwortlich, bis die Arbeit messbar wirkt. Wir messen gute Arbeit nicht nur an Rankings, Domain Rating oder Traffic. Am Ende müssen qualifizierte Anfragen, Kunden oder Umsatz entstehen.

Du bekommst alles an die Hand, was du dafür brauchst. Eigene Teams übernehmen Content-Produktion, Publisher-Kommunikation und redaktionelle Routinen. Techniker und Entwickler unterstützen bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben. Dazu kommen feste Prozesse, eigene Software und moderne AI-Workflows. So kannst du dich auf Strategie, Entscheidungen, Kundenarbeit und Ergebnisse konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Kundenprojekte und eigene SEO-Projekte von der Analyse bis zum Ergebnis führen

• Eng mit Kunden zusammenarbeiten und ihre zentrale fachliche Ansprechperson sein

• SEO- und GEO-Strategien mit klaren Roadmaps entwickeln

• Technisches SEO, Content, interne Verlinkung, Offpage und Conversion gemeinsam betrachten

• Die Umsetzung steuern und die richtigen Spezialisten einbinden

• Tracking auf Leads, Kunden und Umsatz ausrichten

• Projekte laufend auswerten und Strategien anpassen

• Sichtbarkeit in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity und anderen Antwortsystemen aufbauen

• AI sinnvoll für Recherche, Analyse, Automatisierung und Qualitätssicherung einsetzen

Vergütung

Das Fixgehalt liegt je nach Erfahrung zwischen 60.000 und 75.000 Euro brutto im Jahr. Hinzu kommt unsere Erfolgsbeteiligung. 120.000 Euro Gesamtvergütung wurden in unserem Team bereits mehrfach erreicht und sind bei guten Ergebnissen realistisch. Bei außergewöhnlichen Ergebnissen ist auch mehr möglich.

Arbeitsort

Mannheim, hybrid oder vollständig remote. Auch die Arbeit aus dem Ausland ist möglich. Du arbeitest im Team, führst in dieser Rolle aber kein eigenes Team.

  • • Mehrjährige praktische SEO-Erfahrung und Projekte, die du selbst verantwortet hast • Nachweisbare Ergebnisse, die über Rankings, Sichtbarkeit und Traffic hinausgehen • Gutes technisches Verständnis. Du musst kein Entwickler sein, solltest technische Probleme aber erkennen und gemeinsam mit Entwicklern lösen können • Sicherer Umgang mit Search Console, Analytics und den üblichen SEO-Werkzeugen • Verständnis dafür, wie aus Suchnachfrage ein wirtschaftlich sinnvoller Marketingkanal wird • Praktische Erfahrung mit AI-Tools und echtes Interesse an GEO und der Entwicklung der Suche • Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Englisch • Eigenständiges Denken und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen selbst zu entwickeln und umzusetzen Besonders gut passt du zu uns, wenn du in einer SEO- oder Marketingagentur gearbeitet hast, selbstständig oder als Freelancer tätig warst, eigene SEO-Projekte aufgebaut hast oder bereits als SEO Manager gearbeitet hast. Auch ein anderer Marketinghintergrund ist willkommen, wenn du starke praktische SEO-Erfahrung zeigen kannst. Google Ads ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
