Du verkaufst die Medien- und Verlagsprodukte unserer reichweitenstarken Portale per E-Mail, Telefon und Social Selling. Medienkits, Zielgruppendaten, E-Mail-Setups und AI-Tools sind vorbereitet. Du startest nicht bei null, sondern ab Tag eins mit dem Verkaufen.

Du bist die erste Vertriebsposition in unserem Verlag und gestaltest mit, was funktioniert. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du mit einem erfahrenen Vertriebsteam im Unternehmen zusammen und kannst von erprobten Prozessen lernen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Medienpakete und standardisierte Verlagsprodukte an Unternehmen verkaufen

• E-Mail-Kampagnen über unsere vorbereiteten Setups fahren und weiterentwickeln

• Täglich telefonieren: Kaltakquise, Follow-ups, Verkaufsgespräche und Abschlüsse

• Kreative Türöffner wie Interview- und Expertenanfragen nutzen

• Kontakte eigenständig recherchieren und Daten mit unseren AI-Tools aufbereiten

• Aktivitäten und Erkenntnisse sauber im CRM dokumentieren

• Perspektivisch Kooperationen mit PR-Agenturen und weiteren Partnern aufbauen

Vergütung und Arbeitsort

Das Brutto-Jahresgehalt liegt je nach Erfahrung zwischen 30.000 und 42.000 Euro. Die Stelle ist in Mannheim, hybrid oder vollständig remote möglich.

  • • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Medien, Werbung, Agentur- oder Dienstleistungsprodukten • Kaltakquise am Telefon ist dein Werkzeug, nicht deine Hürde • Saubere, überzeugende schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch • Hohe Disziplin, Selbstorganisation und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise • Ausdauer und Abschlusswille. Du testest, misst, optimierst und bleibst dran • Du bist ein Hunter und gewinnst lieber neue Kunden, als bestehende zu verwalten • Du erkennst, welche Ansprache und welches Produkt funktionieren, und gibst dieses Feedback ins Team • Du willst etwas aufbauen und nicht nur einen Job verwalten
