The posting

About the team

At TUMO, the Construction team is responsible for bringing architectural concepts to life and ensuring the successful implementation of building and renovation projects. The team supports the development of TUMO centers across Armenia by overseeing construction processes, coordinating execution, and helping ensure that each space is delivered to the required quality, functionality, and organizational standards.

About the role

In this role, you will help keep TUMO’s building systems running smoothly across Yerevan and the regional centers, working on site under the guidance of our MEP consultant while building hands-on technical experience in HVAC and facility maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out urgent maintenance tasks on HVAC systems under the remote technical direction of the MEP consultant, and ask for clarification when instructions or site conditions are unclear
  • Inspect systems and help diagnose faults. Report findings clearly with photographs, short videos, readings and written descriptions
  • Join scheduled calls (Zoom/Teams) with the MEP consultant to walk through issues live on site, and apply the guidance and feedback received
  • Keep an accurate maintenance log of issues, actions taken, outstanding items and spare-parts needs, following the format and frequency set by the MEP consultant
  • Monitor and record system parameters, including BMS readings, VAV operation, temperatures and pressures. Build familiarity with normal operating ranges and flag anything unusual early
  • Work closely with TUMO technicians, check that agreed work has been completed, and raise any gaps or errors promptly
  • Help prepare for the MEP consultant’s site visits (access, shutdown planning, materials and manpower) by following the agreed plan, and accompany the consultant’s team throughout each visit
  • Follow safety procedures and professional standards on site, and seek guidance when unsure.

Regional centers

  • Extend the same reporting and maintenance coordination to TUMO’s regional centers, including Gyumri, Dilijan, Koghb and future centers, adapting to the resources and information available at each site
  • Contribute to building an asset register and a preventive maintenance schedule for each center, with the MEP consultant’s guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 0–3 years of experience
  • Fluent in Armenian and English, spoken and written. Russian is an advantage
  • Logical and analytical, eager to build technical knowledge, and able to explain technical information clearly
  • Organized and reliable in following up and reporting, comfortable with photo and video documentation and with Zoom and Teams
  • Able to read MEP drawings. Basic AutoCAD is an advantage; Revit or BMS familiarity is a plus
  • Hands-on and safety-conscious, receptive to feedback, and comfortable asking questions when unsure
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to travel regularly to the regional centers.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance and discount on travellers insurance
  • Assistance with work permit and opening a bank account if needed
  • Extra New Year paid holidays: 3rd, 4th and 5th of January
  • 5 days of Personal Leave
  • Birthday Leave.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
