Job Summary

You will develop and execute automated functional tests for video streaming applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences on platforms like Samsung and Sony. Your coding skills in Python, JavaScript, Selenium, and Playwright will drive efficient test automation and detailed report analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, JavaScript, Selenium, and Playwright to validate video streaming applications
  • Execute user-facing app testing on video streaming platforms for devices such as Samsung and Sony to ensure functionality and performance
  • Analyze and triage automation test reports to identify defects and improve test coverage
  • Utilize PowerShell and WinAppDriver to support automation frameworks and enhance test execution efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize test automation processes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient coding skills in Python, JavaScript, Selenium, and Playwright for functional test automation
  • Experience in functional test automation with scripting languages (Python, Playwright, JavaScript) for 5-6 years
  • Ability to analyze and triage automation test reports effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with PowerShell and WinAppDriver to support automation tasks
