Job Description

About the Role and Team

Uber's Commercial Sales Enablement team supports our multi-billion dollar Delivery business, including Uber Eats, Grocery & Retail, Direct, and Uber Advertising. We equip our sales teams with the capabilities, tools, insights, and processes needed to increase seller and account manager productivity, accelerate growth, and improve merchant outcomes.

As the Senior Sales Enablement Associate – Scaled GTM Communications & Learning, you will own the execution and continuous improvement of scalable communications and learning programs supporting our global commercial organization. You will translate product, policy, process, and technology changes into clear, actionable enablement experiences that help sellers stay informed, prepared, and productive.

In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Silver and Bronze tier GTM initiatives, leveraging established GTM intake, tiering, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality execution.

Beyond delivery, you will play an important role in evolving how scaled enablement operates. You will evaluate emerging technologies, experiment with AI-powered solutions, and recommend new tools, processes, and approaches that improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of communications and learning at scale.

This role requires someone who combines strong execution with curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be comfortable challenging existing ways of working, testing new ideas, and translating innovation into practical, measurable improvements while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own scaled GTM execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Silver and Bronze tier GTM initiatives, translating product, policy, process, and technology changes into actionable communications, learning resources, and seller guidance aligned to established enablement standards.
  • Drive global seller communications: Develop, coordinate, and execute scaled GTM communications across global commercial audiences, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, timely, and relevant. Manage communication calendars, publishing cadences, and stakeholder approvals to create a consistent seller experience.
  • Build scalable learning solutions: Design, develop, and deploy lightweight learning experiences, including microlearning, self-paced modules, videos, job aids, and knowledge resources that accelerate seller readiness and support adoption while minimizing disruption to selling time.
  • Champion AI and emerging technology: Explore, evaluate, and pilot AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging technologies that improve content development, communications, learning experiences, and operational productivity. Recommend new solutions based on demonstrated effectiveness, scalability, and measurable value, and implement approved improvements within established governance.
  • Evolve enablement processes and approaches: Critically assess existing GTM workflows, delivery methods, and content practices to identify opportunities for simplification and innovation. Propose, test, and implement improved approaches that reduce manual effort, accelerate time to market, and enhance the quality and consistency of scaled enablement.
  • Partner across the commercial organization: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and regional Enablement teams to understand GTM requirements, validate content accuracy, coordinate launch readiness, and support localization where required.
  • Leverage enablement technology and data: Utilize platforms including Seismic, Salesforce, Tableau, and emerging AI tools to improve content accessibility, learning engagement, delivery efficiency, and seller adoption. Use data and feedback to evaluate existing solutions, validate new approaches, and inform recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence and accountability: Maintain visibility of Silver and Bronze initiative pipelines, delivery timelines, dependencies, and outcomes. Proactively identify risks, manage competing priorities, communicate progress, and continuously improve the effectiveness of scaled enablement delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, GTM Operations, Commercial Communications, Sales Operations, or a related field, including experience supporting a sales or go-to-market organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enablement programs or cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through content development, delivery, and measurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex product, process, or business information into clear, actionable messaging for frontline commercial audiences.
  • Experience designing and developing digital learning content, communications, or sales enablement resources using a variety of formats and delivery channels.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI-powered tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve content creation, learning development, communications, or operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, challenge existing approaches constructively, and recommend practical improvements to processes, tools, or delivery methods.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, or other cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and GTM launches.
  • Experience using learning management systems, content management platforms, or sales enablement technology to publish content, track engagement, and support learning delivery.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed B2B sales organizations, preferably within technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience developing microlearning, asynchronous learning, and self-service enablement resources using instructional design principles and digital content creation tools.
  • Proficiency with Seismic, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Tableau, Articulate, or comparable learning, communications, and revenue enablement platforms.
  • Experience evaluating, piloting, or recommending new learning technologies, generative AI applications, workflow automation, or communications solutions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience experimenting with new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve productivity and user experience.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of process improvements, automation, or technology adoption through productivity, quality, engagement, or efficiency metrics.
  • Familiarity with GTM intake and prioritization frameworks, change communications, and product or technology launch processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
