Kein Kaffeekochen, kein Kopieren! Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Development-Team arbeitest du an unseren Systemen mit: Du übernimmst eigene Aufgaben, bringst deine Ideen ein und lernst dabei direkt von erfahrenen Senior Developern, die dich begleiten und dir regelmäßig Feedback geben.

Du bist im Studium schon weit fortgeschritten, hast erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt und willst jetzt sehen, wie skalierbare Systeme im echten Betrieb gebaut werden? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Kein Konzernkorsett, keine endlosen Abstimmungsschleifen, dafür kurze Wege und ein Team, das dich ernst nimmt.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein weit fortgeschrittenes Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Fach (z. B. Masterstudium oder Bachelor kurz vor Abschluss)
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, etwa aus einem Praktikum, einer Werkstudententätigkeit oder größeren Projekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Django oder einem vergleichbaren Web-Framework (z. B. Flask, FastAPI)
  • Ein solides Verständnis von Web-Technologien wie HTTP und REST; Berührungspunkte mit WebSockets oder gRPC sind ein Plus
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Docker; Kenntnisse in Kubernetes oder OpenShift sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux, der Kommandozeile und Git
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude daran, Probleme wirklich zu verstehen, statt nur Symptome zu beheben
  • Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Fragen zu stellen und Feedback anzunehmen
  • Neugier auf neue Technologien und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Features für unsere KI-Plattform mit Python und Django und übernimmst dabei schrittweise eigene Verantwortung.
  • Schnittstellen: Du setzt Schnittstellen mit REST, WebSockets und gRPC um und testest sie, damit Daten zuverlässig zwischen unseren Systemen fließen.
  • Container & Deployment: Du containerisierst Anwendungen mit Docker und bekommst Einblick, wie wir Deployments mit Kubernetes und OpenShift automatisieren.
  • Linux & Automatisierung: Du arbeitest in Linux-Umgebungen und schreibst Bash-Skripte, um wiederkehrende Abläufe zu automatisieren.
  • Datenbanken: Du arbeitest mit PostgreSQL und Redis und lernst, wie man Datenbanklösungen für Performance und Verfügbarkeit optimiert.
  • Architektur & Code Reviews: Du nimmst an Architekturdiskussionen und Code Reviews teil und lernst, wie skalierbare Software entworfen wird, die mit einer wachsenden Nutzerbasis mithält.
  • Fehleranalyse & Testing: Du analysierst Fehler, entwickelst Lösungen und schreibst Tests, die unsere Systeme stabiler und sicherer machen.
