Gute Software entsteht nicht nur im Code. Sie entsteht dort, wo jemand den Überblick behält, die richtigen Fragen stellt und Kund:innen, Entwickler:innen und Ideen zusammenbringt. In deinem Praktikum bei Ubitec arbeitest du genau an dieser Schnittstelle mit, und zwar an echten Projekten rund um unsere Software- und KI-Lösungen. Du lernst Produkt- und Projektmanagement direkt in der Praxis kennen, übernimmst von Anfang an eigene Aufgaben und siehst, wie aus Anforderungen funktionierende Produkte werden.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du studierst oder hast vor Kurzem ein Studium bzw. eine Ausbildung abgeschlossen, z. B. in Produkt- oder Innovationsmanagement, Design digitaler Produkte, IT-Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste Berührungspunkte im technischen Umfeld oder mit Software, etwa aus Lehrveranstaltungen, Studienprojekten oder Nebenjobs
  • Echtes Interesse an KI und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-Tools, gepaart mit Neugier auf neue Tools und Methoden
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent, auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 3 Monate
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira oder GitLab

Deine Aufgaben

  • Anforderungen & Backlog: Du erstellst und pflegst User Stories, Epics und Produkt-Backlogs und definierst gemeinsam mit dem Team Akzeptanzkriterien.
  • Nutzer:innen & Markt verstehen: Du arbeitest an Personas, User Journeys sowie Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen mit.
  • Roadmap & Dokumentation: Du unterstützt bei Produkt-Roadmaps und deren Visualisierung und erstellst Produktdokumentationen wie Specs und Release Notes.
  • Qualität & Daten: Du unterstützt bei Qualitätssicherung, Akzeptanztests und A/B-Tests und wertest Produkt-KPIs und Nutzungsdaten aus.
  • Agile Meetings: Du bereitest Dailys, Sprint Reviews und Retros vor und hältst die Ergebnisse fest.
  • Koordination: Du hilfst bei der Abstimmung von Terminen und Deadlines zwischen Teams und Kund:innen und hältst unsere Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira, GitLab o. Ä.) aktuell.
  • Projektcontrolling: Du unterstützt bei der Nachverfolgung von Budgets und Ressourcen, der Dokumentation von Projektrisiken und der Abrechnung von Leistungen.
