Empezamos en 2022 con Ramiro (🦁) y Pablo (🐺) viviendo en Bali y un sueño de hacer algo grande: ese primer año facturamos 1,3M sin inversión. En 2023 escalamos y nos dimos un duro golpe, fallamos haciendo todo lo que los libros dicen que no hagas. 2024 fue un año de supervivencia sin prácticamente recursos, y aun así hicimos un x3 vs 2022, porque el objetivo nunca dejó de ser seguir creyendo y crecer. En 2025, a partir de mayo, pudimos mirar a medio plazo y escalar de verdad: 200% YoY. Y ahora, en el quinto año, con bastantes heridas curadas, estamos demostrándonos de lo que somos capaces.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Alianzas con nuevas cuentas: Queremos que tengas la capacidad de llegar a grandes empresas y conseguir que sean nuestros partners para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Cerrar acuerdos que marquen la diferencia: Diseñar propuestas de valor personalizadas y liderar las negociaciones hasta el cierre, sólo apto para cracks
  • Hacer crecer las relaciones: Gestionar una cartera de grandes cuentas y detectar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración, expansión y crecimiento.
  • Crear partnerships estratégicos: Buscamos que las alianzas que cerremos a largo plazo queremos que posicionen a Explora FP como un partner de referencia, TOP 1 vaya
  • Convertir acuerdos en resultados reales: El objetivo es claro, 1M en el primer año (2027) y subiendo de cara a 2028
  • Pensar en grande y anticiparte: planificar las necesidades de cada cuenta, detectar nuevas vías de negocio y asegurar que las colaboraciones generan valor

🔥 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en desarrollo de negocio B2B, gestión de grandes cuentas y negociación comercial. Una persona que combine la energía de quien disfruta abriendo mercado con la visión estratégica de quien sabe construir relaciones duraderas.

Alguien con habilidades de comunicación e influencia, orientación a resultados, autonomía y capacidad para gestionar varias oportunidades al mismo tiempo. Que sepa identificar dónde está el potencial, priorizar las oportunidades que realmente importan y encontrar soluciones cuando las cosas no salen como estaban previstas.

Valoraremos especialmente tu experiencia en venta consultiva, acuerdos marco y desarrollo de partnerships, pero, sobre todo, queremos a alguien con iniciativa, creatividad y mentalidad de crecimiento.

🚀 REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia en gestión de grandes cuentas (Key Account Management) y desarrollo de negocio B2B.
  • Experiencia en captación de nuevos clientes y apertura de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión, fidelización y crecimiento de carteras de clientes.
  • Experiencia en negociación, cierre de acuerdos y desarrollo de relaciones con interlocutores de RR. HH., dirección y negocio.
  • Experiencia en planificación de cuentas, gestión de acuerdos marco y desarrollo de partnerships.
