Estamos buscando:

Analista de Obligaciones Fiscales

Objetivo

Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno y correcto de las obligaciones fiscales, informativas y regulatorias ante el SAT y otras autoridades, mediante la preparación, revisión y presentación de declaraciones, reportes y documentación fiscal, garantizando la integridad de los registros contables y el adecuado manejo de los donativos conforme a la legislación aplicable, a fin de preservar la autorización como donataria y evitar contingencias fiscales para la institución.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar la presentación oportuna y correcta de las declaraciones fiscales obligatorias (ISR, IVA, retenciones, etc.) ante el SAT.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones informativas fiscales (DIOT, DIM, ISSIF, partes relacionadas, etc.).
  • Validar la correcta emisión, recepción y cancelación de CFDI, incluyendo el cumplimiento de requisitos fiscales y uso adecuado de complementos.
  • Conciliar la contabilidad electrónica con los registros contables y los CFDI para garantizar consistencia fiscal.
  • Monitorear cambios en la legislación fiscal aplicable y evaluar su impacto en la operación de la entidad.
  • Atender requerimientos, revisiones electrónicas o auditorías de autoridades fiscales.
  • Gestionar devoluciones, compensaciones o aclaraciones fiscales ante el SAT.
  • Colaborar con áreas internas para asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal en procesos operativos y estratégicos.

Estudios académicos:

Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública

3 a 5 años de experiencia en áreas fiscales

Habilidades requeridas:

  • ERP (ej. PeopleSoft, SAP, CONTPAQi, COI, Aspel, etc.)
  • Herramientas para contabilidad electrónica.
  • Excel Intermedio

Ofrecemos:
