Bibliotecario de Prepa San Pedro

Objetivo

Contribuir al éxito académico de los estudiantes mediante la provisión de recursos informativos y servicios bibliotecarios de calidad, fortaleciendo el proceso educativo a través del desarrollo de habilidades informativas. Asimismo, mantener una vinculación permanente con la academia, brindar servicios de consulta y referencia que apoyen los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, y promover actividades culturales, de extensión y fomento a la lectura que favorezcan la formación integral de la comunidad universitaria.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar el plan de capacitación y las actividades de formación de usuarios en Desarrollo de Habilidades Informativas para alumnos, profesores y colaboradores acorde a las necesidades y contexto de cada Prepa.
  • Formar y asesorar a los usuarios en el uso de los recursos informativos a través del servicio de Consulta y Referencia de forma presencial y virtual, atendiendo a la totalidad de alumnos, maestros y colaboradores propios de cada Prepa
  • Definir la estrategia de soporte que se requiere por parte de la Academia y que vaya acorde a las nuevas modalidades de enseñanza-aprendizaje, participando en las reuniones convocadas por la misma.
  • Establecer la vinculación académica a través de la comunicación constante con las Academias y la Dirección, a fin de colaborar con información pertinente y oportuna en los procesos institucionales de acreditación del Nivel Medio Superior (SEP, SNB, BI).
  • Participar activamente en el diseño y actualización del Modelo de Desarrollo de Habilidades Informativas de la Biblioteca UDEM.
  • Asegurar la oferta de eventos culturales destinados a promover la lectura y la indagación como medio de esparcimiento.
  • Ofrecer servicios mediante un trato bibliotecario directo y profesional, poniendo el sistema de bibliotecas UDEM al servicio de su comunidad de usuarios y contribuir desde cada biblioteca al sistema de bibliotecas UDEM.
  • Definir planes de trabajo para el equipo de colaboración. Colaborar en los objetivos estratégicos de la Dirección de Bibliotecas

Estudios académicos:

Maestría en Bibliotecología o Ciencias de la Información.

Habilidades requeridas:

Office

Conocimiento en manejo de bases de datos, recursos de información, sistemas de administración y clasificación bibliotecaria.

Ofrecemos:

Prestaciones de ley y tarjeta de restaurante (Subsidiada al 80%). Después de 6 meses prestaciones superiores.
