Estudios académicos: Formación profesional, maestría y doctorado en Ingeniería

Experiencia:

  • Coordinación de programas académicos
  • Experiencia docente Licenciatura y Posgrado
  • Experiencia práctica en Ingenieria
  • Vinculación y relaciones internacionales.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación y enfoque a resultados.

Funciones:

  • Supervisar la calidad de la enseñanza-aprendizaje, incluyendo la programación de cursos, asignación de profesores, la evaluación del rendimiento académico, el apoyo a la innovación pedagógica e impartiendo un curso semestral.
  • Brindar asesoramiento académico y apoyo a los estudiantes, abordando sus inquietudes y problemas para garantizar la experiencia académica de calidad.
  • Contribuir con el cumplimiento de las metas institucionales de atracción y asegurar la retención y eficiencia terminal de los programas académicos de posgrado que corresponda.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para atraer nuevos estudiantes, incluyendo la participación en ferias educativas, campañas de marketing y actividades de divulgación.
  • Asegurar que se cuente con el profesorado que cumpla con el perfil requerido para lograr la excelencia en la enseñanza-aprendizaje y en la investigación.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y jurídico que para efectos de operación demanden las acreditadoras, autoridades o instancias competentes.
  • Diseñar, revisar y actualizar el plan de estudios de los posgrados para asegurar que esté alineado a las necesidades del mercado laboral y apegado a los estándares, modelo educativo y lineamientos académicos de la Institución.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones a nivel nacional e internacional con otras instituciones académicas, organismos de acreditación, industrias y la comunidad.
  • Fomentar la relación con empresas, instituciones y organizaciones para asegurar el posicionamiento del programa y facilitar oportunidades de prácticas, empleabilidad y colaboración.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto asignando recursos de manera eficiente para apoyar las actividades de enseñanza, investigación, vinculación, eventos y en su caso, desarrollo del personal.
  • Contribuir en las actividades vinculadas a los centros de investigación.
  • Participar en la toma de decisiones a nivel institucional, representando a la escuela o facultad en comités y grupos de trabajo y colaborando con otras áreas, así como en objetivos institucionales.
