Educadora Titular de Estancia Infantil (para cubrir incapacidad)

Objetivo del puesto:

Desarrollar los programas de aprendizaje de las salas Lactantes A, B y C, para contribuir en el desarrollo integral de los menores, proporcionar un entorno seguro que favorezca el aprendizaje, bienestar y óptimo crecimiento durante su estadía en la Estancia Infantil. Responsable de sala Lactantes C.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar y diseñar programas de aprendizaje para el desarrollo psicopedagógico, de lenguaje, psicomotricidad y pensamiento lógico en los menores de acuerdo a su edad.
  • Planificar y asegurar que se den las actividades educativas y de aprendizaje que se estarán llevando a cabo en cada una de salas de la estancia infantil.
  • Evaluar el desarrollo y progreso de los menores de acuerdo a cada etapa y edad.
  • Dar retroalimentación a los padres sobre la evolución de los menores y en caso de ser necesario asesorar en como apoyar el aprendizaje en casa. Así como resolver cualquier duda que puedan tener.
  • Asegurar el bienestar y seguridad de los niños, atendiendo necesidades básicas, como alimentación, higiene y descanso.
  • Fomentar la integración familiar y la integración entre los colaboradores usuarios de la Estancia Infantil mediante la realización de eventos especiales y celebración de festividades.
  • Asegurar el registro de la información en Aldea de las funcionalidades que se vayan implementando en la aplicación.

Estudios académicos:

Licenciatura en Educación, Pedagogía o afín.

1 a 2 años de experiencia como Educadora Titular de Grupo o Coordinadora.

  • Educación inicial
  • Desarrollo de Lenguaje.
  • Motricidad, cognitivo y actividades sensoriales.
  • RCP y primeros auxilios.

Horario a cubrir: 7:45 a 4:45 / 8:00 a 5:00 / 8:30 a 5:30 / 8:45 a 5:45 (horarios rotativos por semana)

La posición es para cubrir incapacidad por 3 meses.

Ofrecemos:
