Estudios académicos: Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional, Gestión Empresarial o Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas.

Experiencia:

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y plataformas administrativas.
  • Metodologías de valuación de puestos.
  • Administración de personal.
  • Gestión de proyectos estratégicos.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar la vigencia de la estructura organizacional de cada vicerrectoría, de acuerdo a los cambios quincenales aplicados en el sistema institucional.
  • Enviar a la Gerencia de Procesos y Servicios CH el organigrama correspondiente para su publicación mensual en el Portal de Capital Humano.
  • Mantener actualizada la estructura organizacional, validando con cada vicerrectoría mediante revisiones anuales.
  • Gestionar procesos de las posiciones de CTI y administrativos de CTD.
  • Asegurar la actualización y documentación de Descripciones de puesto.
  • Atender las solicitudes de creación o modificación de centros de costos.
  • Actualizar las políticas y procedimientos de organización y mantener su vigencia en el Sistema de Administración de Documentos Institucionales.
  • Gestionar procesos de movimientos y actualizaciones de la organización en Ventana Amarilla.
  • Gestionar en conjunto con el área de administración de personal, las modificaciones de posición y/o tipos de contratos de colaboradores actuales.
