Objetivo del puesto: Impulsar la adopción y aprovechamiento de tecnologías emergentes en Prepa UDEM mediante la identificación, evaluación, implementación y acompañamiento de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras que fortalezcan los procesos académicos, formativos y administrativos, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y a la transformación de la experiencia educativa.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Identificar y evaluar tecnologías emergentes con potencial de aplicación en Prepa UDEM.

2. Coordinar la implementación de iniciativas de innovación tecnológica.

3. Diseñar y gestionar proyectos piloto para la validación de nuevas tecnologías.

4. Impulsar la adopción y uso efectivo de tecnologías institucionales.

5. Participar en iniciativas de inteligencia artificial y automatización.

6. Desarrollar recursos y materiales para la adopción tecnológica.

7. Coordinar programas de reconocimiento digital mediante insignias y microcredenciales.

8. Monitorear indicadores de adopción y aprovechamiento tecnológico.

9. Colaborar con áreas académicas y administrativas en proyectos tecnológicos.

10. Promover el desarrollo de competencias digitales en la comunidad educativa.

11. Generar propuestas de mejora e innovación continua.

12. Apoyar la estrategia de Tecnologías Emergentes de Prepa UDEM.

Requisitos Indispensables:

Licenciatura y Maestría concluida en Innovación Educativa, Tecnología Educativa, Transformación Digital o afín.

Experiencia previa en Educación, experiencia de usuario, IA aplicada a educación, Tecnología educativa, innovación tecnológica, gestión de proyectos o implementación de soluciones digitales.

Ofrecemos:
